摘    要:采用NaClO/Fe2+氧化法深度处理经厌氧、好氧处理后的草浆造纸废水,通过正交实验和单因素试验,研究了各主要因素对废水COD去除效果的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件.结果表明:NaClO/Fe2+法对COD去除率影响的顺序为:NaClO用量>Fe2+用量>反应时间;在进水COD浓度为340 mg/L,pH值为7~8.3、1...

Abstract:NaClO /Fe2+ oxidation method is used to treat pulping and papermaking wastewater,which is pre-treated by anaerobic and aerobic process.The effect of the main factors on COD removal of the wastewater is investigated by orthogonal and single factor experiment to determine the optimum process conditions.The results show that the effect of NaClO /Fe2+ oxidation on the COD removal in the following order: NaClO dosage > Fe2+ dosage > reaction time.After 30 min NaClO /Fe2+ oxidation reaction and under the operation conditions of influent COD 340 mg/L,pH 7~8.3,the dosage of 10% industrial grade NaClO 2.5 mL/L and the amount of FeSO4 6 mmol/L,77.87% of COD is removed and the effluent COD concentration drops to below 76 mg/L,which has achieved the limits requirements of COD discharge concentration 80 mg/L in GB3544-2008 "Water Pollutant Discharge Standards of Pulp and Paper Indastry".
