摘    要:基于性能的地震工程学和抗震设计在国内外受到广泛研究,并被认为是将来抗震设计的发展方向.根据目前我国桥梁抗震教学中存在的一些问题,对基于性能的地震工程学理论和抗震设计思路进行了精要的阐述.

Abstract:Performance based earthquake engineering and seismic design are extensively studied at home and abroad recently and considered to be the future of seismic design.They are been profoundly stated on the basis of teaching problems of seismic bridge design.This article expatiates the theory of performance-based earthquake engineering and the method of seismic design.
