| 摘 要： | 依据任意转角位置的双圆弧齿轮齿面数学模型,利用Pro/E得到了完整轮齿面的精确齿轮模型.应用模型分析了齿轮的啮合和齿根应力.该模型为双圆弧齿轮的三维数字化设计、有限元分析、虚拟制造等奠定了基础.

| Abstract: | From the mathematical model of the double-circulararc gear teeth surface at any corner,we establish the model of gear fully and accurately with Pro/E,and analyze the mesh and gear-root stress with the model.The model establishes the base for the 3D digital design,analysis of the finity unit,dummy manufacture of the double-circular-arc gear. |
