| 摘 要： | 目的：使颜面新鲜裂伤伤口良好愈合，瘢痕轻微、无畸形；避免因处理当形成明显瘢痕和畸形需二次手术整容带来的痛苦。方法：应用整形外科的剥离、缝合技术和修复原则修复创口。结果：修复颜面新鲜裂伤65例，术后随访半年以上者59例，其中57例（96．6％）瘢痕轻微，2例（3．4％）瘢痕稍明显。结论：应用整形外科技术修复颜面裂伤瘢痕轻微、无畸形，效果好，此技术易掌握，宜推广。

| Abstract: | objective:To make facial fresh lacerated wound healup well;to aveid the misery of reoperation due to severe scar fomation an deformity.Method:Repair the wound with orthopedic stripping technigue and repairing principle.Results:In 65 cases,59 cases are followed up more than 6 months.96.6%(57 cases) of them have mild scar,only 3.4%(2 cases ) of them have obvious scar.Conclusion:Repair the facial lacerated wound with orthopedic techniguehas had good effect,the scar formation is muld with no deformity.The technique is casy to master and should be widely used. |
