Abstract:A study have been made on the Monascouruarin from Fujian's Gutian. The Monascouruarin are composed of two main compositions:monascin and monascorubin.The efficieney of extract in 80% EtOH is the highest.In addition the researches have been made about stable, Color volue and toxicity etc.of the Monascouruarin from Fujian's Gutian.
