组织系统内利益群体非均衡博弈分析

摘    要:组织系统运行过程是利益群体非均衡博弈的过程,将非均衡性引入利益群体博弈模型,建立了多利益群体非均衡博弈模型,分析了模型的非均衡性及稳定性。通过协同超额收益、协同成本、非均衡性以及分配机制参数将利益群体同组织系统有效运行相联系。

Abstract:The process of organization system is interest group non-balance game,in which the non-balance is introduced to the model of interest group game,and build the model of multi interest group non-balance game,and then analyze the non-balance and stability of the model.Interest group connected with effective operation of the organizational system by collaboration and synergy benefits,synergy cost,non-equilibrium and distribution mechanism parameter.
