| 摘 要： | 以脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚作为基料的UV固化涂料具有固化速度快、附着力强、高光泽、耐候性好等特点，有极好的装饰性，特别适合于户外产品的军光。介绍了该涂料的配方组成和制备，讨论了预聚体的结构、活性稀释剂及施工工艺对附着力的影响。

| Abstract: | Based on the oligomer of aliphatic polyurethane acrylate, UV-curing coating is fast -drying,strong-adhesive and highly - glossy, and enjiys a tw weathewhility. The coahng also has an excellent decorative effect and is especially suitable for the clear top finish of outdoo pnducts. The Paper inteduces the formulation and the development pmeess of the coahng and discusses the influence of the structureof the oligomer, the reactive diluents and the influence of workmanship on the adhesion. |
