| 摘 要： | 通过对榆林市的能源、电力建设及电网负荷现状、电力发展规划等情况的调研,并根据榆林市的电力发展情况做了整体分析,指出了榆林电网目前存在的问题,由此提出实行科技管理、竞价上网、加大投资、各厂联合、关停小火电机组及加强对小型水电的管理等改进措施.

| Abstract: | Through investigation and research in Northwest China, especially in Yulin District, on the conditions of energy resources, the construction of electric power, the power net load, and the plan for power development, the article here gives an integrity analysis of the development of electric power in Yulin District, and points out the present problems with the power net there, while putting forward proposals such as to practice scientific management, use the net by contest in prices, increase investment, run joint ventures, stop owning small heat power stations, improve the management of the hydropower stations and so on. |
