摘    要:以舰船编队维修保障资源优化为研究背景,在VARI-METRIC理论基础上,拓展了“无限维修总体”的假设条件,根据M/M/c排队论,建立了有限维修能力约束下的舰船装备可用度评估模型。以保障费用为优化目标,在装备可用度指标约束下,采用边际优化算法,对出航前舰船编队维修保障资源进行综合优化。通过任务想定,给出了优化结果,并对其进行了分析,结果较为合理。研究结论能够为装备保障管理人员制定保障方案提供决策支持。

Abstract:The maintenance resources optimization for war ship formation is taken as the application background, and based on the VARI METRIC theory, the assumption for the infinite maintenance channel is relaxed. According to the M/M/c queuing system model, the availability evaluation model for equipment of warship formation with finite repair capacity is established. The support cost is selected as the optimization objective, the total availability of equipment in the warship formation is set as the constraint, and the margin analysis theory is used to optimize the number of spare parts and the maintenance team before the sail mission. For a specified mission case, the optimization process is conducted and a reliable result is achieved. The conclusion can provide a decision making support for equipment support personnel.
