摘    要:为提高侧顶复吹AOD(Argon Oxygen Decarburization Furnace),即氩氧精炼法过程中的脱碳效率,提出对侧枪射流方式进行改进和参数优化,提高AOD炉寿命和降低耐火材料消耗。采用改进的N-S方程及湍流方程,对侧枪的射流参数建立模型,得到不同参数下,侧枪倾角和吹气速度对AOD精炼过程的影响。当枪个数为7、倾角为18°、射流速度为52.12 Nm3/h时是最佳工况。分析结果表明,通过对AOD炉冶炼时侧枪的射流建立并改进N-S模型,可以有效提高AOD炉炉龄。

Abstract:To improve the efficiency of decarburization during the top and side combined AOD ( Argon Oxygen Decarburization Furnace) process, we suggest optimizing the parameter of the side blowing jets. In this way the AOD converter's life length will be extended and the consumptions of refractory material will be lower. We use a better N-S equation to simulate the process. After analyzing the solutions of the equations, we find out how the jets and fluid flow in different parameters, and obtain an arrangement of 7 tuyeres with an angular separation of 18° and a blowing rate of 52. 12 Nm^3/h is a perfect mode. As a result, by optimizing the N-S model of the side-blowing, we can extend the AOD converter's life length.
