摘    要:按照国外低压ZnO压敏陶瓷中所含添加剂的种类,利用制备ZnO压敏陶瓷的常规工艺,对基本添加剂进行单因子实验;研究每种添加剂对ZnO压敏陶瓷性能和微观结构的影响规律;从理论上分析各类添加剂的作用机理;优选出低压ZnO压敏陶瓷的最佳配方。

Abstract:According to the kinds of additives in low voltage ZnO varistor ceramics abroad, the effects of each additive on the cheracteristics of low voltage ZnO varistor ceramics are studied respectively with the conventional processing of ZnO varistor ceramics. After the additives are classified by their functions, the effect mechemisms of different kinds of the additives are researched theoretically. Finally, the optimum composition of low voltage ZnO varistor is selected.
