塑料防霉探索

摘    要:阐述了从4种国产防霉剂中筛选出一种MIC值低,分解温度能满足塑料成型温度的防霉剂的研究方法。在实验中增加了防霉剂的前溶解过程,并将防霉剂在MIC测试基础上加大剂量加入到塑料制品中。按GB2423.16—90要求对加防霉剂的塑料进行了测试,其效果明显。当防霉剂加入量为0.1%~0.2%时,塑料制品电性能变化不大。

Abstract:An experimental method is developed and described for screening antimouldagent which has low MIC and is not decomposed in the temperature of the plastics formation.The antimouldagent was chosen from four Chinese antimouldagents.A dissolved procedure of antimouldagent before mixture of antimouldagent with plastics has been adopted in the experiment.Then,lager dose as 100 times as MIC were used in plastic production. The production which was added the antimouldagentis is tested according to GB 2423.16-90 and the result is dominant for antimould.The electric property of the plastics has almost not changed when the dose of antimouldagent was 0.1% and 0.2%.
