| 摘 要： | 利用Ｌａｎｇｍｕｉｒ双探针测试方法对高频放电等离子体的参数（ｎｐ，Ｔｅ）进行了详尽测试，得出了等离子体参数随放电空间位置、气体种类、放电功率、气体压强、磁约束等条件变化的规律，并对测试结果做了理论分析。

| Abstract: | RF discharge plasma parameter is measured by Langmuir double probe.The laws of plasma parameter changing with spacial coordinate,gas species,discharge power,gas pressure,and magnetic restraint are presented,and the measurement results are analyzed as well. |
