| Abstract: | Taker-off speed is a decisive factor of broad jump. In this paper four aspects of the problem-approaching speed,.qulck taker-off ability,.quick swinging legs and anus. and the appropriate joining of urn-up and taker-off, will be studied to improve the take-off seed of broad jump athletes. |
