干旱胁迫对松材线虫病发生的影响

摘    要:从感染松材线虫后,用不同干旱胁迫(PEG)处理,包括干旱(不浇水)与浇水对松树的蒸腾作用,树体内过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性变化及干旱对发病进程松树死亡影响的系统观察,结果表明,干旱能明显地加快感染松材线虫后黑松的死亡速度,干旱胁迫和松材线虫的杂能迅速破坏松苗体内保护酶(CAT)的活民生,而加快其死亡速度;高温干旱年份能加快提高黑松,马尾松的发病死亡率,多雨年份马尾松的发病率则较轻,但黑松仍能大量发病

EFFECTS OF DROUGHT STRESS ON THE OCCURRENCE OF DISEASE OF BURSAPHELENCHUS XYLOPHILUS
Abstract:This article dealt with the effects of systematic observation of the usage of drought stressed treatment with PEG, including drought(nonwatering) and watering to the change of action of the evaporation and the activity of catalase(CAT) in the pine trees, pathogenesis develoment, and death of pine trees after infection of pinewood nematode(PWN). The research results showed that: 1.Drought stress could significantly increase the death rate of Pinus thunbergii (black pine) after the infection of PWN. 2.Drought stress and infection of PWN could dramatically damage the activity of the endogenous enzymes of protective system(CAT) in the trees and increase their death speed. 3.The yearly high temperature and drought could increase and promot the pathogenesis and death rate of black pine and Masson pine, the more rainfall yearly, the lighter of the rate of pathogenesis of Masson pine, but black pine still could cause large number of the death. 4.Most serious drought in 1994 caused the large number of the death of black pine and Masson pine that was the basic factor of drought stress.
