| Abstract: | Karl Siegbahn's career is introduced briefly.The contributions of how he innovated the X-ray spectrometers and X-ray tubes elaborately and discovered M and N series are recounted.Those he strived for perfection,improved experimental apparatus meticulously and paid attention to academic exchanges are the factors of his success. |
