城市化进程中的就业问题探析

改革开放以来，我国的城市化进程虽然明显加快，但目前城市化水平仍较低。就业岗位不足、就业制度不完善、就业弹性降低等问题已经成为阻碍城市化进程的重要因素。因此，必须采取有效措施，促进就业增长，切实保护农民工在城市就业的各种权益，从而进一步加快我国的城市化进程。
