摘    要:本文利用模糊数学原理对估情报人员的业务能力进行了定量评价和销横向比较,并给予聚类分析。为情报部门选拔人才及人员合理而流通提供了量的依据。

Abstract:In this paper, we use the principle of fuzzy mathematics to make a crosswiscd comparison, as well as a quantitative evalution to the professional proficiency which the informational staff should possess, and further give a classified analysis.This provides a quantitative basis to the information institute in their selection of the qualiticd people as well as their reasonable arrangement of the staff.
