| Abstract: | In this paper, we use the principle of fuzzy mathematics to make a crosswiscd comparison, as well as a quantitative evalution to the professional proficiency which the informational staff should possess, and further give a classified analysis.This provides a quantitative basis to the information institute in their selection of the qualiticd people as well as their reasonable arrangement of the staff. |
