| 摘 要： | 人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）是引起宫颈癌的主要病因,HPV疫苗的研制成为近年来研究热点.主要对HPV病毒的结构、HPV疫苗不同类型及其优缺点进行综述,最后针对目前HPV疫苗面临的安全、有效、成本等问题提出展望.

| Abstract: | Human papilla virus（HPV） is the leading cause of cervical cancer.The study of HPV vaccine has become the research focus in recent years.The structure of HPV virus,different HPV vaccines and their advantages and disadvantages have been summarized and then the prospect about safe,effective and cost of HPV vaccine has been put forward. |
