| 摘 要： | AOI（Automatic OrItical Inspection，自动光学检测）系统的研究，需要嵌入式技术、光学技术、数字图像处理、机器视觉技术等多学科理论与实践的有机结合。随着系统对实时性和检测精度要求的提高，高性能缺陷检测策略和算法设计是AoI系统设计的核心．在讨论了PcB所有可能缺陷及常用检测方法和AOI国内外研究的历史和现状基础上，对缺陷模式识别和检测算法进行了详细的分析和研究．
