摘    要:基于突发自然灾害风险等级评价的复杂性和及时性特点,从受灾地区的自然情况、受灾人数、受灾面积与经济损失角度建立评级的指标体系,采用突变级数法,对汶川地震影响的四川省部分地区的受灾风险等级进行评价,并与实际情况相比较,验证了所提方法的有效性.

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of complexity and timeliness of emergency natural dis- asters risk system, an evaluation indexes system was set up from the area affected by natural condition, the number of victims, disaster area and economic loss, this paper used the catas- trophe theory to make the risk grade rating to the Sichuan province of Wenchuan earthquake disaster, and with the actual situation, showed the effectiveness of the method.
