| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨高血压脑出血术后应用地塞米松减轻脑水肿的临床效果。方法 对50例病人应用地塞米松减轻脑水肿。结果 合并应激性溃疡17例，心功能不全32例，骨功能不全16例，高血糖症28例。结论 脑出血术后应用地塞米松治疗脑水肿，诱发并加重了脑出血的并发症，增加了脑出血的死亡率。

| Abstract: | Objective Discussed the clinical evaluation of Dexamethason in the post operation hypertensive brain hemorrhage.Methods Dexamethason was used in the 50 cases.Results The complication of gastrointestinal hemorrhage was 17 cases, heart functional failure 32 cases, acute renal failure 16 cases, hyperglycemia 28 cases. Conclusion The use of the Dexamethason in the post operation of hypertensive brain hemorrhage decreased the brain edema, but induce the complication of brain hemorrhage. |
