摘    要:当复合材料内部填料体积分数达到渗流阈值以后,材料的介电常数数值会发生突变,出现渗流现象.预测渗流以后复合材料介电常数依赖于材料的渗流浓度和临界指数.通过引入排斥体积的方法计算出复合材料的渗流阈值,并拟合出材料临界指数.将该渗流浓度与临界指数预测所得不同浓度材料的介电常数与实验值比较发现两者较为吻合,表明该方法在复合材料介电常数预测方面有效.

Abstract:The dielectric constant will have a sudden change when the concentration of fillers in composites reaches the percolation threshold.The prediction of dielectric constant depends on the percolation threshold and the critical index.The dielectric constants at different concentrations are predicted with the calculated percolation threshold and critical index.The calculated data can match the experiment data well to some extent.It means that this method provides a valuable reference to the prediction of dielectric constant.
