东北老工业基地国企股份制改造新思路

东北老工业基地曾在我国经济发展中做出过巨大贡献,但在市场化的进程中却渐趋衰落。重新振兴东北老工业基地,对中国经济的发展具有重大意义。本文主要分析了改革开放以来国有企业股份制改造的现实特点,提出国企股份制改造应采取资产存量型和股权分散型两种方式,彻底摆脱国家控股型的弊端,才能使东北经济走上振兴之路。

A new idea of joint stock system transformation for state-owned enterprise in the northeast old industrial base

The northeast old industrial base once has made the tremendous contribution in economy development of our country,but it has gradually declined in the general adoption of the market advancement.It has the great significance to the Chinese economy development to repromote the northeast old industrial base.The article has mainly analyzed realistic characteristic of joint stock system transformation of the state-owned enterprise since the reform and open policy.It is proposed that the joint stock system transformation of the state-owned enterprise should adopt two ways of the property stock and the stock disperser.Only getting rid of the malpractice of the national control stock thoroughly can have the northeast economy step onto the road to invigoration.
