| Abstract: | This article conducts a systematic analysis of the new situations faced by college libraries in China so as to enable the book gatherers in libraries understand the favorable and unfavorable conditions in document acquisition. Then it discusses how to establish new document acquisition strategies so that college libraries can adapt themselves to new situations. |
