| 摘 要： | 武术运动是高校教学的重要内容之一,在进行腾空飞脚教学中,运用了传习式方法和观察思维方法进行对比实验,其结果表明：观察思维教学法加深了学生对基本技术的理解,缩短了学生掌握技术动作的时间,提高了学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,其效果优于传习式方法,不矢为一种行之有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Wushu is one of teaching contents in university education.On teaching "Flying single kick"technique, the author uses comparative way to judge advantage of two teaching methods - the traditional method and observing method. The results shows that observing method can improve students'understanding, shorten their time to master the skill, and train their ability to analyze and solve problems. It is an effective method in practical teaching. |
