干湿法联合脱硫脱硝工艺研究

摘    要:在传统的干法和湿法脱硫脱硝经验基础上,采用二者相结合的方法,先采用氨水吸收法脱除烟气中大部分SO2和部分NOx,再用铜基氧化物催化剂干法脱除大部分剩余SO2和NOx,巧妙地应用了湿法中逃逸的氨气,而湿法保护了干法中催化剂,较好地解决了工程中的难题。文中着重研究了影响脱除效率的因素,优化了工艺条件,从而给出了最好的脱除效果。

Techniques of combined desulfurization and denitification by dry-wet way

Abstract:Based on the traditional dry-wet way of desulfurization and denitification, we put the two together. First, ammonia is used to absorb most of SO2 and part of NOx and then the remain SO2 and NOx is removed by copper oxide catalyst. Both the escaped NH3 from wet method and catalyst from dry one are used, thus the problems in production are solved. Here we focus on the influential factors, optimal conditions for effective desulfurization and denitification.
