民族高校服务型党组织建设存在的问题及对策

针对当前民族高校服务型党组织建设在服务环境、服务理念、服务意识、服务内容形式和服务能力水平等方面存在的一系列问题,提出明确服务宗旨、平衡服务对象、深化服务内涵、强化服务意识、拓宽服务渠道等策略,探讨了服务型党组织建设的保障和监督机制。

Problems and Countermeasures in the Construction of Service-oriented Party Organization in Colleges and Universities for Nationalities

At present, there are a series of problems in the construction of service-oriented par-ty organization in colleges and universities for nationalities, which focus on service environment, service concept, service consciousness, service content, service mode, service ability and serv-ice level etc. Aiming at these problems, this paper puts forward a series of countermeasures such as clearing the purpose of service, balancing the service object, deepening the connotation of service, enhancing service awareness, broadening the service channel and so on. Meanwhile, guarantee and supervision mechanisms in the construction of service-oriented party organization are discussed.
