基于DBR的大型装备大修过程控制与管理策略

摘    要:在具有高度不确定性的大型装备大修过程中,因缺乏针对性的控制与管理策略,导致效能低下,为此,引入"鼓-缓冲器-绳子"工具,对该过程种的控制与管理有效策略进行研究,提出了融合大修系统特点的分层瓶颈识别方法,设计了基于规则的瓶颈和非瓶颈的调度及其协同策略,并给出了缓冲管理策略,建立了过程控制与管理流程,

Abstract:Equipments overhauling has a complex processes, uncertainties in tasks and resources, in which exists a problem of low efficiency caused by lacking targeted control and management strategy. To solve the problem, a tool of DBR has been introduced into for overhauling process modeling. Firstly, a hierarchical bottleneck identification method of integrating characteristics of overhauling system has been proposed, a collaborative scheduling tactics between bottleneck and non-bottleneck has been constructed, then a buffer management tactics and the process flow of control and management has been considered.
