纸箱打样机数控系统人机界面设计

摘    要:介绍了人机界面设计的原则,分析了纸箱打样机嵌入式数控系统的基本特点,选用了eView触摸屏作为人机界面的硬件模块。该硬件模块具有简单操作、可定制特性,大大方便用户的对机床的操作。在对纸箱打样机设备做了充分的需求分析的基础上,设计了人机界面的显示内容。实现了纸箱打样机运行状态参数的显示和配置,为纸箱打样机提供友好的人机交互功能。

Development of Embedded Software for Carton Samplemaker
Abstract:Introduce the design principles of Human-Machine interface, analyze the fundamental characteristic of NC system embedded on the Carton Samplemake, then, the eView touch screen is chose as Human-Machine interface hardware module. The eView module can be customized has a simple operation and its display information also can be customized, facilitate user to operate Carton Samplemaker greatly. Design the Human- Machine interface display content based on the analysis of Carton Samplemaker's demand. The information and configure parameters of the Carton Samplemaker in running state are displayed, provides the friendly Human-Machine interaction function for the Carton Samplemaker.
