基于组态软件和MATLAB的水位模糊控制系统

摘    要:提出了一种利用MCGS组态软件和MATLAB开发的水位模糊控制系统实现方案。在该系统中,利用组态软件MCGS完成数据采集、控制信息输出以及人机交互等工作,利用MATLAB完成模糊控制算法运算,在MAT-LAB和MCGS之间通过动态数据交换(DDE)协议对过程变量、控制变量和设定值实时更新。通过对水箱的控制实验,结果表明该系统是可行的,并且具有较好的开放性和灵活性。

Abstract:The fuzzy control system for water level integrates MATLAB and MCGS,which is a configuration software.Data acquisition,control action and human-machine interface are designed with MCGS,and fuzzy control arithmetic is designed with MATLAB.The process variables,manipulations variables and set points are updated real-timely between MCGS and MATLAB by Dynamic Data Exchange(DDE) protocol.Experiments demonstrate the feasibility,flexibility and openness of the system.
