| 摘 要： | 儒家管理思想是中华民族管理的动力和精神源泉,“仁”“和”“礼”“义”管理理论体系是儒家文化的基本精神和标记所在。今天,批判地继承儒家的管理思想,对于建立和完善社会主义市场体制,形成富有中国特色的新的管理体系具有巨大的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Confucian management thought is the power and spiritual source for the management of the Chinese nation.Management theoretical system of "humanity" and "harmony" and "courtesy" and "justice" is the basic spirit and the symbol of Confucian culture.Today,the critical succession of Confucian management thought is of great reference significance,for establishing and improving the socialist market system and forming a new management system with Chinese characteristics. |
