摘    要:借助于可视人工程的真彩图片作为常用MRI、CT等灰度图片彩色化的颜色迁移的彩色特性源本,以MRI切片和真彩图片的亮度、纹理和几何作为映射间的配准参数而进行合理的颜色转换,以弥补医学灰度图片伪彩色方案中各组织非对应的彩色映射关系.通过真彩图片与灰色图片的亮度分布曲线的调整和纹理特征关系的调整和配准而到有效和符合真实人体器...

Abstract:It presents a color transfer technology by dint of the Human Vision Project′s reference true color slice image as colorful born sample and taking the true color slice and MRI grayscale image′s intensities,textures and geometries as registeration parameters in their mapping relationship in order to atone abnormally corresponding mapping relationship in converting gray scale image into pseudo-color one.It also presents the ways of adjustment and stretching intensity distribution and textural property registration and mapping between true color slice image true color slice image and gray scale slice one to gain true color MRI slice image unanimously to human organ′s color.The paper also presents 3D reconstruction experiment by the colorful slices and implements analysis and comparison between the color transfers processed color slices and the original MRI gray scale ones.
