Color Transfer Technology and 3D Reconstruction Analysis of MRI Slice Based on True Color Image

It presents a color transfer technology by dint of the Human Vision Project′s reference true color slice image as colorful born sample and taking the true color slice and MRI grayscale image′s intensities,textures and geometries as registeration parameters in their mapping relationship in order to atone abnormally corresponding mapping relationship in converting gray scale image into pseudo-color one.It also presents the ways of adjustment and stretching intensity distribution and textural property registration and mapping between true color slice image true color slice image and gray scale slice one to gain true color MRI slice image unanimously to human organ′s color.The paper also presents 3D reconstruction experiment by the colorful slices and implements analysis and comparison between the color transfers processed color slices and the original MRI gray scale ones.
