| 摘 要： | 在我国,出现了较为严重的"民工荒"现象.究其原因,主要在于就业制度、户籍制度、教育培训、观念以及社会保障制度等方面的歧视.因而,只有消除这些方面的歧视,才有可能控制"民工荒"现象.

| Abstract: | There appears a relatively serious phenomenon of the migrant labourers shortage in China.The causes mainly lie in the employment system,the household registration system,education training,conception and social security system of discrimination.Therefore,only by eliminating these aspects of discrimination,it will be possible to control theshortagephenomenon. |
