基于学生就业能力提升的高校就业管理人员素质研究

摘    要:随着我国大学毕业生数量不断攀升,大学生就业难已成为一个社会普遍关注的"焦点"话题,让大学生充分利用大学教育提升自己的就业择业创业能力,提高高校就业工作效率已经成为当下各高校的核心工作之一.本文从目前高校的就业管理人员的素质这一侧面入手,指出新形势下高校就业指导及管理人员应积极提高自身的文化素质及管理水平,紧紧抓住以育人为本,把学生作为目标主体,把提高学生就业能力作为高校开展就业工作的重点,才能切实有效的推动高校大学生就业工作的深入开展.

Abstract:This article points out that under the new situation the university employment management personnel's quality should be enhanced.The employment guidance and management personnel should actively improve their own cultural quality and management level,and tightly grasp the essence of educating people.The students are the main target,and their employment ability should be highlighted.In this way,we can effectively promote college students' employment work.
