摘    要:采用机械共混原位插层法制备粘土/天然橡胶纳米复合材料.通过改变改性粘土的含量,采用扫描电镜SEM等各种手段表征了材料的微观结构,并测定其力学性能和热空气老化性能.结果表明,SEM分析得出,添加了改性粘土后,橡胶基体与改性粘土的结合更紧密;物理机械性能测试表明,粘土含量达10%时,复合材料的拉断强度、撕裂强度、300%定...

Abstract:Clay/natural rubber Nanocomposites prepared by mixing intercalation method.Through change content of modified clay,used scanning electron microscope SEM and so on each method to attribute the material microscopic structure,test its mechanical properties and the hot air aging performance.The result indicated,SEM obtain a result,after increased by the modified clay,the rubber substrate and the modified clay's union will make closer,the physical mechanical property test indicated that when content in modified clay is 10%,and its tensile strength,tear strength,modulus at 300% and Shore A hardness,increased significantly.It has relatively high thermo-stability and the good heat-resistant air old chemical property.
