基于UG的发动机支架模态分析

摘    要:发动机支架的固有模态频率的大小,决定共振现象的发生与否。为避免产生不必要的噪声,应用模态分析技术对系统结构动态特性进行分析。论述了模态分析的理论与有限元模型建立过程,及运用UG软件的相关模块对发动机支架进行模态分析的方法,对发动机支架模态进行分析研究。结果表明:发动机支架有着较高固有模态频率,能够满足NVH方面的性能要求,可避免共振现象的产生。

Abstract:The basic modal frequency of the engine bracket can determine whether the resonance vibration will happen.In order to avoid the unwanted noise,this paper adopts the technology of modal analysis to the analysis of dynamic characteristics of the system organization.The theory of modal analysis and the process of the building of the finite element model are discussed,and the basic modal frequency is analyzed for the engine bracket with UG software′s relative module.The results indicate:the engine bracket has a high basic modal frequency,which can meet the demand of NVH,and avoid the happen of resonance vibration.
