| 摘 要： | 本文运用激励机制相关理论,结合海西地方高校人才引进激励机制工作的实际情况,对如何调动地方高校引进人才工作积极性、主动性和创造性,以提高学校的竞争力,分别从人才引进的激励措施、绩效考评、竞争机制和组织文化氛围等方面入手,阐述了相应的对策.
