上海金茂大厦玻璃幕墙铝合金型材试验评估

摘    要:上海金茂大厦的玻璃幕墙由国外公司设计制作,其铝合金框架的最小壁百耿2.5mm小于我国玻璃幕墙规范最小壁厚为3mm的规定,为了评定这种壁厚的铝合金型材是否能够承受上海地区风荷载的作用,对两种曲型断面的型材进行了足静力试验,试验结果表明该型材的强度和变形能够满足规范的设计规范,受压的翼缘和腹板地能保持局部稳定。

Abstract:The glass curtain walls of Shanghai Jinmao Building are designed and fabricated by a foreign company. The minimum thickness of aluminium alloy frame sections is 2.5 mm, less than the value of 3 mm specified by Chinese Code for Glass Curtain Walls. Static tests on fullsized mullions with two typical cross sections are carried out in this paper, to judge whether the aluminium alloy sections with such thickness are able to resist the wind load in Shanghai area. The test results show that both strength and deformation of the sections can meet the design specifications of Chinese Code, and their compressed flanges and webs can keep stable.
