| 摘 要： | 在新时期,邓小平突破了毛泽东关于民主的理论,将政治民主作为中国政治现代化的目标。并围绕这一目标,在理论和实践上进行了一系列尝试,为中国政治民主化的发展奠定了基础。邓小平对于政治民主的认识和追求,贯穿于他政治体制改革的各个方面,体现于他对民主建设的论述和实践：政治民主化的提出是邓小平对社会主义人民民主理论的发展;推动政治权威的转变,促成干部制度的改革是政治民主化的前提;重构各政治主体的权力和权利关系是政治民主化的关键;以党内民主化推进国家政治生活的民主化是政治民主化的路径选择;以制度、法律建设作为政治民主化的保障。
