| 摘 要： | 涂装生产线自动化控制系统大多数采用可编程控制器实现。然而随着企业信息化、数字化、网络化管理的不断提高,对此系统有了新的要求。本文研究了基于Web技术的涂装生产线自动控制系统的设计原理和方法,并通过例子阐述了部分过程。此技术可以更好解决涂装生产线内部各单元之间以及涂装生产线与其它异构系统的控制系统的集成问题,实现涂装生产线数字化生产。

| Abstract: | Most coating line automatic control systems are realized by PLC.However,there are new requirements for it with the developing of enterprise information,network and digitization.The design principle and method of coating line automatic control systems are studied in this paper,then expounded parts of the process by an example.The technology can solve the integration for between different heterogeneous systems of the coating line better and can realize coating line digital production. |
