浅谈空分大型离心式压缩机组辅油泵联锁设计

摘    要:本文对义马气化厂空分装置现有大型离心式压缩机组的辅油泵联锁设计做了简介,指出其中存在的缺陷:当主油泵突然停止运转时,辅油泵不能在机组联锁停车之前迅速启动以避免停车。本文对此原因做了深入探讨,并提出了相应的改进方案。

Abstract:This article introduced the auxiliary oil pump's interlocking design of large centrifugal compressor set in air seperation unit(ASU) of Yima coal gasification plant.It showed the exsiting problems about the interlocking design:when the main oil pump stopped suddenly,the auxiliary one didn't start up timely before the compressor set shut down.The reason of above fact was investigated,and a solution for solving it was proposed.
