| 摘 要： | 在分析企业战略联盟的形成动因及稳定性问题基础上,与生态系统演化的logistic模型中引入竞争与合作两个因素,建立企业系统演化模型。进而通过李亚普诺夫第一定理来分析该系统的稳定性,得出企业战略联盟这种组织形式存在的可能性及条件。

| Abstract: | Enterprise system evolvement model is based on the analysis of the forming case and stability of enterprise strategic alliance and the introducing of competition and cooperate in the dynamical model of biogeocenose evolutive.The stability of enterprise system evolvement model is analysed by the first theorem of Lyapunov,educing the existent possibility and condition of enterprise strategic alliance. |
