全局模拟掺铒光纤放大器的新算法

摘    要:基于Giles模型,考虑了自发辐射噪声的影响,改进算法对掺铒光纤放大器(EDFA)进行了全局的数值模拟,提高了算法的收敛速度。分析并讨论了各种不同泵浦方式下EDFA的传输性能。

Abstract:Based on Giles model,we improved the numerical methods to conduct an overall numerical simulation to erbium-doped fiber amplifier while considering the effect of spontaneous emission noise.The convergence rate was improved by the new algorithm.The transmission performance of EDFA under different pumping methods were analyzed and discussed in this paper.
