| 摘 要： | 用高碘酸钠活化右旋糖苷,对猪血超氧化物歧化酶进行共价修饰,修饰酶完全保留了天然酶的酶学特性和抗胰蛋白酶水解的能力,而且修饰酶的热稳定性明显提高。

| Abstract: | The porcine blood superoxide dismutase was modified with su-dium peciodate activated dextran. The modified SOD retained the nature of the native enzyme and was resistant to trypsin proteoly-sis. Heat stability of the modified SOD was increased. |
