| 摘 要： | 文章针对生态型旅游资源开发与旅游环境保护的矛盾对立，以旅游业可持续发展为指导思想和原则，以生态旅游环境系统为研究对象，以地理学的核心理论——人地关系为主线，通过分析生态型旅游开发与环境变化的关系，深入研究旅游环境系统与旅游开发活动的相互作用机理，从理论上概括了生态型旅游开发中环境保护的种种制约因素；并在此基础上，借鉴中外学者关于旅游景点环境发展演变的理论研究成果，提出了以环境污染、生态环境变化、生态系统稳定性三个方面为核心的生态旅游环境变化评价指标体系，最后以石林风景区为例开展实证评价分析，并提出基于旅游环境质量的全面管理与保护目标的发展协调解决方案，使旅游得以持续发展。
