| 摘 要： | 1990年代中期，中国经济成功地实现了“软着陆”，经济增长及通货膨胀进入了正常区间。但自1997年以后，中国经济却跌入通货紧缩的低谷：经济增长速度不断下滑，零售物价水平也出现负增长。这一现象，值得我们深思。

| Abstract: | : In the middle of 1990s,Chinese economy achieved soft-landing successfully. Both growth and inflation entered a normal range. Since 1997,Chinese economy has fallen into a deflationary vallet:Growth speed has continued downwardslide and retail price has also declined. This is the phenomenon we shall study carefully. |
