摘    要:由于雷达回波的时变和频变特性,使得当基于FFT处理进行ISAR成像时,图像上存在许多扩展散射点和虚假响应,严重影响了图像质量,并对ISAR像的后续处理带来困难。而联合时频技术由于能有效处理时变信号,因而在提取ISAR运动补偿信息、瞬时(瞬频)成像、ISAR像后续处理及理解ISAR成像机理等方面有许多成功的应用,本文对此进行了较为系统的总结。

Abstract:Due to time-varying and frequency-varying characteristics, ISAR imagery based FFT processing is seriously blurred because there are many extended scattering centers and artificial responses on the imagery, and it makes following processing more difficult. Joint time-frequency techniques as powerful tools to time-varying signal have been successfully applied to ISAR processing in recent years. These application include motion compensation, instantaneous imaging, ISAR imagery processing, and understanding of radar scattering mechanism. A review is given in this paper.
