On the Impact of the Further Development of Shadow Banking on Tibet

Shadow banking is a product of financial deepening and financial innovation,and the survival and development of shadow banking is closely related to the traditional commercial banks.Because of its imperfection of credit risk transfer and its defect of high leverage,in the process of shadow banking providing services like credit service,maturity,and liquidity transformation,it affects both macro and micro environment of financial system.Due to the difference in development stages,shadow banking has positive effects on the finance of Tibet,as it can effectively reduce the phenomenon of ＂financial weakening＂ in Tibet.Therefore,shadow banking needs to be guided appropriately and supervised carefully.
