西藏自治区档案馆珍藏的《水羊清册》是迄今有关西藏门隅人口、土地、税制等情况记载最详尽、研究价值极高的最真实可靠的第一手原始资料。《水羊清册》用独特的编撰方式专门规约门隅,而且只涉及门隅地区的政府属民,说明制定《水羊清册》有其深刻的历史背景和很强的针对性。文章分析了该清册产生的原因,指出《水羊清册》是门隅主权归属的铁证。

Preliminary Analysis of the Origination and Historical Background of a Document Menyu＇s Roll

There is a valuable collection in Tibet＇s Archives,Menyu＇s Roll,which is so far the most authentic,reliable and detailed dry information roll recording Menyu＇s population,land,tax system and other records of Menyu,a residence of Moinba people in Tibet.The information roll was compiled in a unique way and contains the statutes of Menyu,which restrained the people in Menyu only.It means that the roll was targeted and rooted in the historical context.This article analyses the origination of the roll,and points out that the roll is an incontestable evidence of the sovereignty of Menyu.
